Growing mushrooms is easy to grow in the backyard or on your greenhouse site in a shaded area. The tricky part is avoiding any contamination of bacteria in the initial start and colonizing the grain that can pose some initial challenges and a huge learning curve how mushrooms grow.
The example I have posted are Oyster mushrooms, an "X" is cut in the bag and requires misting water during the daytime to get it started in a brown rice or any cereal grain as growing medium substrate.
The liquid culture contains the mycelium used to colonize and begin the process of the fruiting bodies. The mushrooms require no maintenance once established and you will have easy access to mushrooms without making any trips to the grocery store.
